Frequently asked questions
All sales are final. Merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged during delivery. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order. We will require a photo of products being returned in order to file a claim with USPS. Once determined if the product is damaged we will credit your account.
We do not refund or make exchanges if a fragrance is not to your liking or not strong enough. Candles need time to cure so if it is not strong enough, give it more time to cure before burning again.
